Including MDF stubwall capping, 4′ wide x 8″ tall x 8-1/2″ tech niche with 1/4″ painted MDF liner up to 4-1/2″ above fireplace opening. Includes painted MDF boxout around fireplace. Includes conduit for cables from niche to ledge above. Paint colour selection to be wall or trim colour.
